Account Manager Required

This is a great opportunity to work in one of the most exciting areas of recruitment. Digital Marketing is booming and we are looking for bright, energetic personalities to help us find top talent for our clients.





You will work closely with a team of Senior Recruitment Consultants and Resource Consultants, helping to manage a portfolio of small and large client accounts. You will be responsible for delivering against the client's staffing needs (within Digital Marketing) by either filling the jobs yourself or engaging Resource Consultants to deliver for you. You will be the interface between Chrysalis and your portfolio of clients.

We are looking for someone who is able to manage clients and develop client relationships within the recruitment industry. Ideally you will have 18 months experience in taking down and qualifying jobs, sourcing candidates and as a bonus, managing at least one Resourcer. This role can develop into a Senior Account Management position where you will be responsible for the training and management of a team of Resource Consultants.
