Advertisers rejoice - Google's new Display Planner has arrived!
Incorporating the three original Google display Tools - Contextual Targeting, Placement and Google Ad Planner - into the new Google Display Panel, managing and scheduling campaigns, making changes on-the-fly, as well as analysing and measuring results have all been made easier, increasing efficiency and precision when using keywords and other targeted content.
To help advertisers using the incumbent Google Ad Planner, Google have scheduled a webinar for September that should help to finalise the transition, but have also launched a YouTube "How To" instructional video.
Be warned - The Contextual Targeting Tool and Placement Tool are set to be closed within the next two days! So be sure to save or export any existing data before a potential loss.
